Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing, in cooperation with Continuing Education Center at the university, organized a symposium on (Safety of Arabic). Under the patronage of the President of Basra University for Oil and Gas and the Dean of the college, the symposium held in the conference hall and lectured by the assistant lecturer Khaldoun Al-Mousawi. The symposium aimed to enable the administrative staff to detect linguistic errors that can occur during the printing of official books and help students and researchers to read and write correctly by presenting the basics of Arabic language and types of scripts and the rules of the simple Arabic language as the mother tongue.
