Assistant lecturer, Rafid Kh. Al-Saadi, the head of Oil Projects Management Department at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, participated in a training workshop in Erbil on entrepreneurship and mechanisms of developing small projects. Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with Agency of German International Cooperation (GIZ) organized the workshop. Al-Saadi mentioned that the workshop included essential concepts in training trainers, managing and developing small and medium enterprises.
