Basra University for Oil and Gas announced the approval of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to introduce the evening study in the departments of oil project management and oil and gas economics within College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas / Basra University for Oil and Gas, starting from the next academic year 2021/2022.
The President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Prof. Dr. (Mohammed H. Al-Kaabi) stated that those departments are unique and there was no equivalent in all Iraqi universities. In addition, it would be an important window for Basra youths to obtain a specialized academic certificate in the field of oil project management and oil and gas economics, enabling them to engage in the labor market in the oil sector and serving their country.
