Under the patronage of the President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. (Mohammed H. Al-Kaabi), and under the supervision of the Dean of the college, Assistant Professor Dr. (Sami H. Al-Saadi), and the head of the Department of Oil and Gas Economics, a workshop was organized on the topic (Successful Management Methods) on 20th July. The students of the department (Yousef Saad), (Umm Al Banin Salah) and (Fatima Salman) attended in the conference hall in the college.
The workshop reviewed the most important methods of successful management: providing the necessary resources to help employees to perform their tasks in the right way, appreciating employees, and distributing tasks among employees. Also developing a model for time management and using an advanced technology in order to serve administrative work that facilitate its procedures to discover weaknesses, and strengths. As well as the need to the profession and ethical leadership in dealing with employees in order to create a successful work environment. The workshop witnessed interventions from lecturers and students about the importance of the topic.
