In addition, holding periodic scientific seminars and discussions that deal with most important contemporary oil issues and problems facing the country.
- Preparing graduates with academic qualifications to work in various specializations, especially oil sector, which contribute to provide the oil sector whether it is public sector or private companies.
- Improving educational curricula to meet the modern developments in scientific specializations that the college teaches.
- Supporting community by providing consultations, economic and administrative studies, and oil training and rehabilitation program for various state agencies and other private public institutions.
- Promoting scientific and cultural relations and ties with colleges and sectors specialized in the field of modern administrative economic and environmental petroleum sciences in Iraq, Arab, regional and international universities, research centers, and institutions.
